Privacy is a very serious matter for Noscentia, Inc. It is true that in order to process your request, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, and method of payment. All required information is kept internally and is never shared with third parties

All domestic shipments are sent by Ground. Orders typically processed within 48hrs of receipt. Your card will not be debited until goods are ready to ship. Please note on some occasions your order may be shipped prior to debiting your card. Non-US orders will be sent by international courier.

Refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee assuming goods are in re-saleable condition. No refund on shipping costs will be made. A return authorization number must be obtained before returning any goods and can be obtained from publications@noscentia.com All transactions are in US dollars.
